Pathetic service

I have booked my journey Delhi (pick up point Karol Bagh) to Jaipur . Pick up timing is 10:30 pM. And a message came to me that your ride is rescheduled due to operational reason so now your pick up time is 11:20 pM. I make a call to the customer care that I got this message from your side what I do he says no problem bus is at the charging station and will arrive shortly in the mean time I also check the live location of the bus but the didn’t move it’s original position I.e at Mohan garden. And again I make the call to the customer care they said bus is coming in few minutes be there. I said ok I’ll wait @ 11:30 again I make the call that bus is not arrived yet again he said bus is coming. Again I called at 12:15 am I said bus is not came yet and all of sudden he said that your bus is at Gurugram I said waiting from 10:20 to 12:20 now what I do parallely I calling to you your conductor not picking the call now you said bus is at Grurgram and the app showing the location is still at Mohan garden. On that day I called customer care 5 times between 10:30 to 12:30. I asked the customer care what should I do now he said we will return your money at 12:30 what should I do after that I return to home and next day book the train.

Never ever book from nuego!!! Worst staff experience

Nuego showed on redbus when i was looking to travel from bangalore to salem. So i thought i would give it a try. The bus was late by 1:30 hrs! Still i waited there on the bus stop giving it a chance. 1:30 passed and the bus was still not there so i called the driver asking where is it right now. Then he came to know that that he missed my stop. He still agreed on stopping at a different stop. I walked like 500m towards the new stop which would barely take at least 4-5min and i was all sweating, tired and still walking towards the bus carrying a luggage. I’m almost there but before i reach the stop the driver called me again saying ‘We dont think you will reach on time, we are starting the bus’ and just like that he left. First of all mistake is on his side. Why should i still walk like an idiot for the mistake that he had forgotten my stop but still i did walk and the best second response i got was ‘we are getting late by 2min we cant stop so get refund from our customer care’.

Thank you nuego i had a perfect customer experience at that point.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and anger regarding a recent incident involving the rescheduling of my bus ticket, which has resulted in a significant inconvenience and financial loss on my part. On March 16th, 2024, I had a ticket booked for the 7:40 AM bus departure. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I rescheduled my ticket for the 11:20 AM departure on the same day. To my dismay, the bus failed to arrive at the designated time, leaving me stranded without any prior notification or updates regarding the cancellation or change of date. To compound matters further, I have received a ticket confirmation with the reporting date still listed as March 16th, despite the fact that the bus did not operate on that day. I have meticulously checked my email and the Nuego application for any notifications regarding this change, but to no avail. The lack of communication on your end is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience and distress.

Even have mailed multiple times on your mail and called on support as well still haven’t received my refund.
