Its a good app with great UI But its somewhat costly and it needs to do some publicity

I paid for the monthly subscription and didn’t get the purchase validated and took me an hour to get a refund initiated by apple. I just realised with a back end so bad that it’s risky to subscribe. They need to make there backend support far stronger than it is and also if la difficult to get in touch with them as the process for doing so is just not simple.
Worst customer support
Firstly it is so expensive drama series application and their coins offers too get expired so soon that you just can’t rely on rewards and watch the series, you must pay.
still i decided to pay and watch and an amount of rs 499 was debited and no coins were credited to me ,neither then nor till now and i even mailed to their customer support and no response from them yet.
I recommend save money and don’t bother using this application.
Horrible customer support infact they don’t have a customer support team yet i think si incase of any concerns you just can’t raise it to anyone.
