Looks like unfinished app

The forgot password section always shows enter a valid password. There are drop down menu like country selection just for show. Overall it looks like app was not developed fully.

Waste of effort

Had high hopes after taken for a ride by the Car manufacturer- however the agents are not above twisting what’s asked and hiding their incompetence by lying - updating wrong comments.
Don’t require this craziness after being dished out the same by companies for years.
Sarkari describes it - ministry of consumer affairs should be outsourced !
