Network issues and charges
The app shows different options to save but ultimately charge same or more than competitors. Has issues while using the app, features get stuck. Wait drive options are only app friendly not customer friendly.
Good Prompt service and App works seamless
First time using it after having tried Uber mostly but the App took longer to update and found Lyft from Google Maps and it worked like a breeze and fast App download, getting the cab in few min and all went well, thank you.
Safe and Reliable
Lyft service is good and I recommend it to everyone who is visiting USA for the first time. The drivers you come across are very informed about the location. Also the LYFT service is available at odd hours of the day. So if your flight lands late you can to sure of getting one and reach safely to your destination.
