It needs a lot of improvement.
1)The final delivery is not recorded even after its delivery and show as if it is not delivered.
2)If at all any item is not delivered, it is not recoded in the account.
3) Items not available are also shown as available and after payment and delivery without that item also, the invoice reflex it as it is delivered.
I expect such Reputed firms should spend more time to correct such defects and present a good app.

Review of revamped version( 2.0?)

After much hide & seek, finally I got the revamped version. All our historical data were vanished in the revamped version and registered again and added address details.
It’s still the buggy app!

(1) The app shows undelivered items as ‘Delivered’
(2) No basic features like sorting or filtering!

Review of old version (1.0?)
When I add items to the cart and then clicking on the cart, it became empty! I am facing this issue intermittently and that too from the day one after I started using this app few years ago. I have reported this multiple times to the customer care when they ask for the feedback. The customer service teams simply acknowledge it and never work on this issue. Other issue is that app will allow you to add products that is ‘out of stock’ into the cart, and while processing the payment, it will notify that ‘you can’t proceed as one of the item is not available’ however it won’t show the item as such. Hence if your have 20 items in the cart you need to remove them one by one and see which is not in stock. What a pathetic user experience!

So far excellent experience in kochi. Best product selection in town I believe. Delivery was on time and perfectly packed. Wondering all the products at hyper market is available online or not?
Navigation in app is better than all other ones in India I think but still it is bit hard to find the right product when I compare to Walmart, Costco or superstore online delivery app.
