Fraud company, unprofessional behaviour, cheating with customers

Please read the reviews carefully before subscribing to the service. I would have never subscribed to it if I read the reviews before. If you can buy your own machine don’t think twice and buy it. When you show interest to their product, they quickly call you and force you to make a payment on the call itself they don’t give you time to read reviews or think twice. They will tell you everything is too easy, easy subscription, easy complaint and very easy cancellation. You can cancel the subscription anytime because they just want to sell their product and trap you. They ask too many questions when you try to cancel the subscription and show the true colors. Even if they raise your cancellation request, they tell you the long process and waiting time upto 7-10 days and intentionally don’t proceed it. I had raised the request on 22nd May and have been send emails since 23 May. Following up them daily but getting only one response “please accept our sincere apology blah blah..” Do your work with honesty then you will not need to ask for apology. Now I got to know they are delaying the process so that they can charge extra or deny to refund the deposit amount. I want my whole deposit back because I raised the cancellation request 5 days before the expiration of my current plan. Again I don’t want your apology, take your machine and refund my money.

They force customers to leave five star review

The service guy forcefully instructed me to leave 5 star review (even he clicked 5 star on my phone) and he takes a pic and uploaded it on his livpure app and also he sent that pic to somebody on WhatsApp. It shows that all the 5 star reviews for livpure is fake and they try to manipulate reviews. App Store and play store has to take strict action against them. This is against their policy and it’s a violation. This leads others to think that livpure is best, which is not true. My RO was not working, I called them many times. Even waiting in their recorded line for 20-30 minutes the agent didn’t get connected. And after one week I can able to get connected with the executive and the complaint was raised. After complaint raised, they visited after 18 days. Till that we struggled a lot for water. We boiled the tap water and consumed for those days. Also we ordered bottled water on Swiggy. In these 18 days, I called daily multiple times. They simply say, tomorrow surely technician will come. But they didn’t came. So, obviously all customers get frustrated and they left negative reviews. To solve this, they force their customers to leave a 5 star review which is un ethical. They should try to solve the customer issues instead of forcing them to leave positive reviews. Hope livpure stop forcing customers.

Unprofessional Customer service and cheating with Customers

Pathetic service and fraud company. There main motive is to sell there products, they don’t even tell you complete details about subscriptions. One incident happen with me regarding Subscription cancellation. During the subscription I asked the guy (who called me to sell this pathetic service) that what if I want to cancel my service within or after a Month, he said we have 7 days trail which they promote you all know if you are reading but they didn’t tell you afterwards what happened, they have lock-in period of 3 Months, which they will not tell you even if you ask from your side, they will simply tell you can cancel anytime. So I’ll suggest you all, buying a purifier is best way instead of going with this rental plan. It’s a headache….! Also when you reach to customer service they are very unprofessional. They won’t even listen what’s your concern, they have there predefined line, they will keep on telling. Whatever will be your concern, same line they will say. Also if you want to talk with there supervisor, then you have to wait for 2-3 Hours. But after discussions with supervisor the result will be same. They all are a part fraud company, who sell there products with incomplete information.
