Ratings and Reviews
You need to fix app startup issue
This app takes too long to startup. I think it checks for updates and gets stuck. Otherwise settings are good. Sometimes I felt that settings of both buds are same in app but actually it behaves in different way. Also many times the earbuds are connected and when I open the app it says no headset connected.
Good but not great
It’s good to have a companion for the earbuds. The ui can be imrpoved and what bugs me the most is that it requires internet connection always even to toggle settings. Normally while connecting to the buds it’s connecting twice to the same earbuds. The extra one has a suffix ‘‘LE’’ added to it. But other than that the immersive mode is pretty good. The earphones are sooooooo awesome that i could hear all the minutest sounds in songs. I listen to banger songs with heavy beats and stuff and so i like to play with the eq a lot and so far it’s doing wonders. Please improve the UI. Checkout samsung’s UI for inspiration. I am an UI/UX DESIGNER myself and i could literally see what’s going on over here.
Connecting issues
The overall experience of app is really great but the earbuds don’t even connect to the app in a single attempt.
I had to spend like 30 minutes to connect my single pair to two different devices…. Lg, plz look into it…the after connection app experience is really great though… so I’m hoping for its fixture at the earliest.
