Appreciating the efforts but still need improvement
I gave 5 stars for the great effort taken by an Indian company to make money in an useful way instead of making a nasty social media or time wasting entertainment app. Please concentrate on the books content. Some of them are stopped abruptly or no continuation between sequential chapters. Example mossad this book stopped half-way middle and continuity missing between chapters. All the best and I hope you will rule out all flaws. This is my first time writing a long review for an app in store.
Issues with Pricing Model and History Removal Feature in Kuku FM App
Dear Kuku FM Support Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I am experiencing with the Kuku FM app.
Firstly, I have concerns about Kuku FM's current pricing model. After paying for a membership, I noticed that almost all stories require additional coins to unlock, and there seems to be a lack of consistency in how these are priced. It's frustrating and feels unfair. I believe Kuku FM should establish a clear and uniform policy regarding access and pricing, ensuring that users are not unnecessarily charged or forced to pay extra to continue enjoying their favorite stories.
Furthermore, I accidentally played an episode, and despite using the option to remove it from my history, it keeps reappearing every time I open the app. This glitch is quite inconvenient, and I believe it detracts from the user experience. It would be greatly appreciated if your team could look into this issue and provide a solution to ensure that the history removal feature works as intended.

content is good but App closes all of a sudden often
This app keeps closing all of a sudden mostly while downloading is in progress and any book is playing by the same time.
Also the downloads goes not available meaning it’s shows the books and asks to download again under the download section.
Need more attention on the apps improvements and performance.
