Worst Service
My money got deducted on 20th April and even after 1 week fund were not allotted. I mailed Customer Care on 28th April, regarding this, clearly mentioning all details including my phone number, then got reply that pls write to us using registered mail id (i mailed using same only) & pls mention phone number ( which i already mentioned). I mailed them again then they said we tried reaching you on your contact number however we were unable to establish contact, but i haven’t got any call from them yet, I again mailed them, but haven’t got reply yet. However I got my money back on 1st May, but I haven’t got reply from Customer Care that what problem occurred. Experience was not at all good.
One stop for all investment needs
It’s a great app/medium for making investment in all major avenues like stock , mf, bonds, deposits etc
And the kotak brand acts like a cherry on top (pun unintended). Coz trust is a major reason to choose this app over some other similar options
Frankly there were some initial hiccups hoke using the app but the service team was very prompt to solve it asap
Hopefully newer version of app will be even smoother
