Game crash issue in iOS device

You need to improve game crash issue and network connectivity error ... After every 5,10 min game is crashing and sometimes game not opening stating connection issue .? Every time we have to uninstall game and game is opening after downloading new.. support always responding internet issue and general reply which is not exact issue. You need to work on your programming instead of making excuses via support. We are writing not for general reply from your side. Overall game is very enjoyable and too good. Love to play this game every day .

Gems and game crash

Hello team. want to ask why did you put all the purchases in gems when you don’t provide us any option of getting gems the game.. it’s all all about money.. if we spend money then we can get everything..gems were removed from bounty hall..there is no way we can get gems..until we do purchases.. even to do any events we need gems don’t you think of making a way to give some free gems to players who are active players but can’t affort to buy.. write down on you app it’s a luxury game only people who have money can play.. in last BL we had issue as game was again and again shutting down.. and was getting frozen.. we had faced so much issue in BL by the time we restart we are attacked.. its a humble request update the game for better performance and give some gems for free players.. as even free players are spending their hard earn money .. actually there is no free play in this game.. but respect who can’t affort but still are contributing their hard earn money..
