Keepsafe Premium Subscription
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the period
- Length of subscriptions: one month & one year
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
- Any unused portion of a free period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Very good app, a small feature can make huge difference
Hi Team,
If you could add a search option to search albums by name(case insensitive) both on Albums screen and in the list to select target album while moving photos, it will be perfect. I have been using this app for more than a year and have also opted for premium account.
Very unprofessional
I have been using keepsafe from last 2 years but from last 2 weeks it is jot showing my pictures which were not stored on the cloud, I have not deleted any pictures, the app is taking the same size on phone which means the pictures are there but still in the app my pictures are not visible, there are some very important pictures in there which I am unable to view, I am writing mails to their customer support team but there is no reply, highly unprofessional behaviour. Sometimes few things are really important for the customer and you should help them, if you don’t want to provide support services to the people then why have you given support mail id. If possible then help me with the same.
Decoy vault
I just updated the app thinking there might be some good updates, but instead you moved the Decoy vault feature to the premium section. Unfortunate display of greed and disregard for the users' trust. Now neither can I change the decoy Password without premium nor can I access it directly if I forgot the decoy Password. I hope you will listen and revert this update, there are many more ways you might be able to provide a better service to which users will be willing to pay, but hijacking one of the core features which was advertised as free before just seems disingenuous.
