There are some points which I would like to mention as compared to IndOasis:
1) Different types of deposits are not placed under separate heads which was earlier available for IndOasis. The previous version of separation by deposit types was user friendly.
2) The keypad got changed every time while conducting a transaction. That was a security feature which I feel is very important.
3) Notifications in the current app is a great addition.
4) Personalized recommendation will add value.

UPI Scan related
Everything in this app is really good. There is so much advancement made in this INDSMART, right from the first official mobile app launch, INDPAY to IndOASIS. The big issue in this new application is that there is two separate platforms run in this same app, UPI, SCAN QR is following separate pages and mobile banking uses separate pages. This gives some kind of irritation when you logged into mobile banking and search for SCAN QR. We have to logout from mobile banking and then choose SCAN QR or UPI to pay using our UPI ID.. Having UPI in separate pages is understandable, but there should be some way to use UPI transactions / SCAN QR within mobile banking also. Please sort this issue in the next update, other than that everything’s fine in this new upgraded INDSMART.

User friendly interface
Thank you you for finally listening to your customers and coming up with an upgraded app which was long awaited. The user interface is good, more information provide on the transactions which was missing and faster and efficient responses to the queries.
Only glitch I found was that the beneficiaries created earlier which was visible in IndOASIS app and in net banking is not coming up on the app. Can you please look into it.
