Terrible app
It is very slow. And consistently so.
Always keeps crying about low battery. I managed 2 months and the device was blowing the scent but still it kept saying low battery.
Interface looks like when iPhone was first launched.
The product is good and it is great to have the ability to schedule and spray without going near the device. But software that is so bad makes you wonder if you should buy refills. I don’t think the aer people care about the market or profits for that matter, or else the app wouldn’t stay neglected for so long.
Not working on iphone 14 pro max or ios 16
Unable to set the schedule. I think it does not work on iOS 16!!! Poor show by Godrej. Also, if you have multiple Godrej Aer Smartmatic Devices and set them up on multiple mobile phones, it does not work!! Not expected from a reputed company like Godrej. Do not waste your money on this useless product. Even the smell of the room spray, even in a small closed bathroom, does not stay for more than a few minutes. It is a complete waste of money.
Fix the bug while adding the device
Purchased the device a month ago and initially app worked fine, very useful product when synced with app I planned to increase the sprayers in my office.
But now I am not able to connect with the device from many days as it is throwing the error “Something not right here, Please try again”
You app and product is perfect just fix these minor bugs asap.
