Description
Digital Rupee (e₹), also known as Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), is the digital form of currency launched by RBI. Digital Rupee (CBDC) is a legal tender, similar to the sovereign currency, and is issued in digital form by the Reserve Bank of India. ICICI Digital Rupee App offers e₹ wallet and enables the users to transact in e₹. This e₹ wallet is similar to your physical wallet in digital form on your device.

Doesn’t have options to load wallet from other UPI or wallets, doesn’t have UPI payment option, doesn’t have options to save regular UPI payment ID’s, doesn’t have statement like how we are able to see in bank statement about present balance and previous balance, in iPhone u can shortcut the app wedges, these will be great help, thanks to RBI n banks for these kind of services 👍🏼
Lack of information
Whenever I open and login your app, it shows ‘failed to load transactions’. I can’t even see my wallet’s amount that how much digital rupee is loaded or available in my profile. So give me one good reason to use your app? Why shouldn’t I uninstall and stop using your services. Atleast this kind of pathetic app development is not expected from ICICI. ICICI being a great bank and keeping low level software developers at cheaper price then obviously the user / customer experience will be also cheap.
Not able to exit
Difficulty in logging out of the app. It ask to “ continue” for exiting through the app however it goes back to same screen again. even after long press the same happens. Please re look
