Can I delete Digi Yatra Old?
The app is very helpful at least in Bangalore. Not sure what other airports have this.
The experience of getting the 4.1 version is not very pleasant. Why don’t you follow the standard convention of any App upgrade? You renamed the previous one “old” and created a new one but did not delete the old one! And you don’t say if I should keep it or delete it 😟
So what do I do with the old one?
Hope some senior resource from business side and more importantly someone who uses Digi Yatra on a regular basis sees these reviews and guides the team on improving such poor UXs.
Don’t update to the current version
I got this new update and had updated it .Once I open the new updated app ,it says ur using an old version download the new one and had made me to download the same I was using earlier . Lost all my credentials and earlier passed and need to do it all again
Otherwise this is fantastic app ,imagine getting inside Hyderabad airport in under 7 min with a hand back (including security ) .Now it bcm like a normal queue as most of them start using it 😂
Worst Developer Ever
I would never keep on my team whoever built this feature. I would never recommend the QA who tested this app either.
To register DigiLocker, I had to enter my Aadhaar Card number, but the app doesn’t allow pasting. So, I tried entering it manually. However, whenever I switched screens to check the number, the input field would clear, forcing me to memorize the entire Aadhaar number.
Next, it asked for an OTP. But since notifications were disabled, I had to switch to the messaging app to copy the OTP. When I returned to the app, it asked me to re-enter my Aadhaar number again. After doing so, I tried to paste the OTP, but guess what happened? The app didn’t allow pasting. It seems, developer wants me to submit feedback before I complete the registration.
