My watch calling feature is not working even I have rised tickets, in the month of June 2024 but still no proper response , after lots of mail n screen shot and every document the needed I have provided, make then payment as return n picked up parcel policy of ₹200, after that they have ignoring me n call, even they blocked me from every number with whome I call for the same issue
So I personally suggest you not to buy product of fire boult, if wishing to buy go for the best brand not like this

I am extremely satisfied with its performance. The features are top-notch and the quality is excellent. It has made my life so much easier with its ability to track my fitness goals and receive notifications on the go. I would highly recommend this smartwatch to anyone in the market for one. This product deserves a five-star rating without a doubt.

I would say that it’s very basic level app for any smart watch company. Interface is nice, detailed but major problem is that when measuring any activity like running, cycling, Indore jogging, these activity does not sync with app. So even after doing these activities, data related to these activities does not sync. So there is no way to determine what’s happening to your data.
I think all the sport mode should be embedded in app itself and can be sync instantaneously in app itself rather than from watch.
These glitch is actually loosing my faith that why I purchased this Firebolt watch.
