I would recommend Chefkart

If you want to enjoy Ghar ka khana/Especially food with a feel of mom's recipe Chefkart can help you with it. I have been staying away from family for the last 3 years. Every day was a struggle when it comes to food. Either way, eating junk food or unhygienic oily food ordering from different restaurants. A friend of mine advised trying Chefkart. And there when I requested a trial and today it's been 8 months I am using their services. Yes, ups and downs are always there. Sometimes replacement is not available at times the cook comes late but this is how the company will get experience and improve. I have seen many negative feedbacks for the company, which could or couldn't be right. But my personal experience with chefkart has been really good. As I am eating everything of my choice, eating fruits, salads, and different types of Cuisines.

Utter disappointment

Now I know why these people are freelancing rather than working someplace I came to try the app because of its advertisement and to my surprise such a disappointment,
I am a working person myself one day I took off and to my surprise spent the next hour wondering how to clean the mess, and how to fix the food, to throw it away or to distribute it.
First of all khane ki Taseer hi pakane se hoti hai I personally get that these cooks don’t have that time on their but khane ko galane mein aur pakane mein farak hai.
Don’t do the false advertisement of cooking 4 -5 dishes within 90 minutes it’s not possible, that’s what they do in pressure ending up spooling the whole meal. I was really looking forward to this service and even in my area there wasn’t the option of month long cook available I am glad I just booked once.

Fraudulent Chefkart

Chefkart is a company filled with fraudsters. I hired the chef from Chefkart at the monthly package after a demo. Some of the bad experiences that I faced with them are as follows-: 1) The chef is usually not on time. Not only this, the chef cleverly does not punch on that particular day to avoid the penalty for being late and call it as a “technical glitch”. 2) In case the chef is on leave, the company does not send the replacement staff at the designated time which causes inconvenience to each and every member of the family. 3) The quality of food is abysmal. The company fools the customer by providing a good demo by the chef and then the same chef, when hired, does not make the same quality of food. 4)When raised the concern to the company via the helpline number provided on the app, the team gives fake promises and excuses such as the chef’s number is not reachable and then never calls back. Apropos above, It can hereby be concluded that the entire company is run by team of liars who have no regards or concern for their customers. I would not suggest anyone to take their services in future
