Sir,
Even though it is mentioned that BOB WORLD is compatible with iOS 10 or later , it doesn’t support my apple handset which a version of iOS 12.5.5 .
Please treat this most urgent and revert back asap
Why you don’t reply... you don’t have any system to reply.... I am stuck and Can’t operate my account.... this is too worst ......because you have developed this app all my transactions got hampered not fair at all .... seems you don’t care customers..... why should anyone bank upon you ... ??????????????

Worst Bank, I have ever seen in my life
I am extremely frustrated with the experience I’ve had with your mobile application. The UPI payment function is not working properly; every time I click "Pay," the application closes unexpectedly. Additionally, trying to contact customer support has been an ordeal. The process to register a complaint is unnecessarily complicated, with the app frequently showing errors like "mandatory field missing" even after filling in all the required information.
Moreover, there seems to be no straightforward way to reach customer care for assistance. This lack of proper support is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.
I urge you to address these issues immediately and improve the overall functionality and user experience of your application and customer support services.

App not compatible with my ph any more
Hey bank of baroda people I am finding too much problem My app stopped working because of the fact that I have an i phone 16 plus I do not have funds to buy new phone Can you please make some amendment in your app else we need to shift our account .We feel so disappointed that besides the fact that my husband has nre account n his salary is credited here only
And after providing so much loyalty we are suffering 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
Most of the time my husband is sailing n I have to face difficulties n inconveniences in commuting
