ASMI has breathing sessions that help get good sleep, provides relief from insomnia, provides hypertension relief and helps in building stronger immunity. It is a free relaxation app for stress, anxiety and sleep.
We understand that many of us are really busy at times, and it becomes very tough to spare out much time for ourselves. Also, the process of only doing conscious breath in and breath out can be overwhelming for beginners, and that is why we have designed ASMI’s flexible session timer to customize your session time, starting from a bare 3 minutes to 30 minutes.

Additionally, to make your session interesting you can add a wide variety of soothing and relaxing background music. The music available ranges from Nature tunes to Classical Instruments to Chakra music. All the music is selectively handpicked to make your relaxation experience of the highest quality. Goes unsaid we will be continuously adding more music to the catalog in coming times.

ASMI provides precise verbal & visual instructions for performing Pranayama exercises along with the benefits and contraindications. We intend to present the Pranayama exercise techniques in the most simplified manner so that everyone can realize the power of Pranayama exercises and gain maximum benefits. This unique approach makes ASMI the ultimate Pranayama app that provides relaxation for stress and anxiety.
Presently we have added audio instructions in English (India), English (US), English (UK), German, French and Hindi. We are dedicated to adding more European and Indian languages in the coming months.

ASMI also provides the users with a session tracker that helps you keep track of the number of days, sessions and minutes put into conscious breathing.

Simple and effective

I like this app. You can choose the kind of pranayam you want to do, set the time, background music from nature sounds to instruments and you can choose the audio language from a range of few languages including English UK , US & India.

I find the UK a bit smooth on ears.

At the end of the session it asks to rate your emotions on how you felt , it has some basic emotions listed, I would really appreciate if these labels can be edited by us according to what we feel usually after a breathing practice as the words listed aren’t resonating with me.

Otherwise straightforward, simple app.

App is crashing

It was a great app but now i m not able to use it bcos application is crashing again n again , after clicking on a icon screen goes black and nothing works , tried many times but issue is same screen goes black after on icon . Hoping you will solve this issue soon
