Excellent… but
If you have a policy that says passengers should not shift their seats, please adhere to it, especially since there are those who are inconsiderate about their fellow passengers. I upgraded my seat by paying extra hoping for a quieter journey only to experience a family with small children shift to the empty first row seats. What ensued were phone games on full volume and tantrums. The Air Asia crew could have simply told them that those seats cost Rs 1000+ each for an upgrade and collected the same from them; you’ll would have at least made some money irrespective of the discomfort the family was causing fellow passengers.
Mental agony due to air asia no refund or reschedule policy
I am Adithya Sasidharan requesting you for rescheduling or cancellation of my flight on 8th January 2024. I have booked the flight to Thailand through Kuala Lumpur with my wife for honeymoon trip through make my trip app . Since my wife is a doctor who has to be on duty on the travel date couldn’t travel in this date.
Due to this I was trying to cancel or reschedule the flight with possible refund and other charges. Though the ticket was booked 2 days back there is no option to reschedule or to get even a single penny as refund.
It’s giving me a lot pressure and tension as there is no proper customer care services to enquire about it. I had asked MMT team about this and they have asked me to get this to the attention of the airline directly but to my airport the airline doesn’t even have a customer care mechanism. I am never again flying with air asia again in my life or recommending this to any of my relatives. This is such a bad experience that even rescheduling is not possible
Appreciation
I really love this airline. I just love the hospitality of this airline. I really don’t think that you should improve anything because everything is upto the mark. It is one of my Favourite airline. From the Check-in till boarding the process is so smooth. I am a frequent flyer of this airline. I only want one thing that i want them to operate more flights between Ranchi to Delhi as they are having only 1 flight between these sector. Apart from this, i love this Airline.
