If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:

- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre

If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

International Online transaction

Hi,
In the ADCB bank mobile app when I’m doing the online transactions it’ll take one or two compared to any other banks app. Most of the other bank’s international transactions credited within 5 to 10 mins but in the ADCB international transactions taking more time to credit. For emergency purpose only we’re send the money to my home country but if it’s take one or two days means what’s the point I’m transferring the money. So please do the needful. Thank you.

App Layout Problems on latest iPhone

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 13 to the iPhone 15 Pro, and I've noticed some layout issues in the app, along with a few buttons not working correctly. It is really annoying, especially considering the app worked perfectly before. It would be greatly appreciated if these issues could be addressed to improve the user experience on the latest iPhones.

Recently facing some issue

App was very good since last 3 years, cant say anything bad however latest update, regarding the transfer confirmation with face is very difficult and need back otp version
