APLIKASI PENIPUAN. JANGAN PERNAH UNDUH
Sayang mengunduh aplikasi ini 12 februari 2024 dengan biaya berlangganan 15.19 USD selama 30 hari masa langganan. Sebelum 30 hari, pada tanggal 5 Maret 2024 saya berhenti berlangganan. Tapi kartu kredit saya terap disebut dengan. Ini ak yang sangat besar yaitu 39.99 USD pada tanggal 12 Maret 2024. Saya mengajukan komplain ke pihak unimeal tapi tidak direspons dengan baik. Dan uang saya tidak bisa dikembalikan meskipun saya sudah berhenti berlangganan. Sangat sangat mengecewakan
Tolong baca review produk anda. Sebagian besar bahkan hampir seluruh pelanggan anda mengeluhkan hal yang sama. Karena aplikasi anda adalah aplikasi penipuan. Tidak disediakan pilihan berhenti berlangganan pada aplikasi. Begitu pelanggan bertanya ke customer service anda malah diberikan informasi palsu. Unimeal menjebak semua pelanggannya dengan tidak memberikan kemudahan berhenti berlangganan.

Kami selalu melakukan yang terbaik untuk menyelesaikan masalah pengguna apa pun, namun dalam hal pengembalian dana, kami harus benar-benar mematuhi Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana kami, dan sayangnya, beberapa kasus tidak termasuk dalam ketentuan yang dijelaskan di dalamnya. Maaf mengecewakanmu.
Fake
The ad on instagram says “this app will tell you your ideal fasting time so you can start to lose weight easily just by knowing at which time your body needs to fast, even if fasting never worked for you before.” It also says that this is for free. I just wanted to know my ideal fasting time, that’s why i got this app. After responding countless questions, signing up, paying 2 monthly memberships (!!) (1 for the app and 1 extra for the fasting tool), i could finally enter the app and wanted to see my ideal fasting time, turns out the app doesn’t tell you that. They only invite you to fast either 16/8 or 14/10 and pick your fasting time yourself. What a joke. What a disappointment. I want my money back. I feel scammed. Apps shouldn’t be allowed to make ads that have absolutely nothing to do with what they can. I’m very annoyed by this.
