pesen lewat aplikasi resmi saj, TIBA TIBA PENERBANGAN GUE DIALIHKAN? udah ada menu TIDAK SETUJU PENGALIHAN TAPI GA DIGUBRIS SAMA SEKALI. chat cs, selalu diignore katanya sibuk baru avail jam 3 subuh. dipikir orang masih bangun kah? gaada sop nya kah ini? ga mikirin apa orang orang tuh in an urgent situation makanya gabisa semena mena nerima delay/pengalihan? kalo emang gabisa nolak pengalihan, GAUSAH ADA FITUR “TIDAK SETUJU”. mana pas di airport staffnya pada judes lagi wkwkwk 1/10. trauma dah

Tried two flights, never again, would have given zero stars if possible. Delays, no seat selection, rudeness of airport staff.
