Tidak berguna
Aplikasi yang sangat tidak berguna, tidak bisa web check in. Lebih baik develop dulu baru di up ke public, jgn dr cust service dialihkan ke aps tetapi bahkan aps tidak mendukung.
Kabin tidak terbawa
Sudah 2x kejadian kabin tidak terbawa dan akhirnya dibawa oleh maskapai lain padahal dari kebarangkatan sudah dikonfirmasi bisa dibawa ternyata masih tidak terbawa juga
