Udah terkumpul 200 poin, mau masukin kode lagi gak bisa. Harus menghubungi unicharm gegara email. Tp gak bisa. Mau DM lewat IG juga gak bisa. Giliran inbox Facebook gak ada respon!
Sistem buruk
Setiap bulan dibatasi input kode unik hanya ampe 200 point, tp di aplikasi lebih dr 200 masih aja bsa di input. Lalu cust di blokir. Kenapa ga aplikasi yg dibikin kalau sudah mencapai lebih dr 200 ga bsa input, knpa harus di blokir dengan manual ? Bikin aplikasi lgsg kasi pemberitsahuan jika ud lebih 200 aja knpa ? Jd ga perlu tiap bln kena blokir dan mesti tlp ke call center. Masa iya aplikasi nya gtu amat, pdhl perusahaan besar tp sistem jelek
