Hi, We are sorry to hear about your pairing issue. Please make sure your phones are on iOS 14 or later, your PC is running Windows 11, and your apps are updated to the latest version. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. If you are stuck at pairing and nothing happens, please reset your apps by going to Settings > Bluetooth > My Devices, choosing your PC, clicking on the (i) icon, then scrolling down and selecting "Forget This Device". Start pairing with your PC, follow the instructions, and you will see a pop-up on your iPhone. Follow the instructions there too.
