Ad blocker and fast browsing — The Ecosia app is based on Mozilla’s Firefox and gives you an intuitive, fast and secure browsing experience with everything you need, including tabs, incognito mode, bookmarks, downloads, and dark mode. We also show a green leaf beside your results that are pro-environment, helping you make greener choices whilst you search.

MUST HAVE APP!
this app is everything. I’m speechless, don’t know what to say about the concept of “ecosia”. Been using this for quite a while I’ve planted 10 trees and it’s only been like 9 months!
But here’s some little tip and suggestions for you guys:
1. Try to learn from google’s features when we search something, such as the top answers, suggested pictures, related subjects, etc. So it’s now just links of websites based on the keywords we typed.
2. Update and fix your pictures/photos search engine! It’s pretty laggy, and the pictures sometimes won’t show up. A lot of the times when we click the picture, it was suddenly cropped and we can’t see nor download the picture. When I want to browse pictures, I’d prefer going on google, (which I’m forced to). I really like the concept of the app but sometimes it can be inconvenient. Please upgrade it because I don’t want to feel that way!
But overall, you’ve done amazing. To us, and to our planet. Keep your good work, and always keep growing!! 🌱🌱
close to perfection
i love everything about ecosia, the concept, the goal, the project, the transparency, the ui design, the illustration, everything. there’s just this minor downside that i thought missing in the iOS app, would you like to add ‘New Tab’ feature? because sometimes when the result pops up i would like to open several websites at once. thankyou! wish the team great days and blessed life 🌱
Dark mode please
Overall is good really. But sometimes the white screen make my eyes tired. Keep it up the goodwork!
