Dari awal proses booking sampai tahap checkin dibantu banget oleh CS Cove di Whatsapp, bahkan sebelum memutuskan untuk mengambil kamar, tim di WA memberikan opsi untuk survey kamar, namun kebetulan saya dari luar kota Cs dan tim Cove memberikan beberapa review kamar dari video dengan pilihan kamar untuk ditinggali, pelayanan itu sangat baik bagi saya dan juga kenyamanan staff beserta beberapa karyawan di kost cove aora ini yang ramah yang membuat saya semakin betah
Unprofessional service
I was given smoking room, when their promise is all their room is non smoking. It triggered my asthma till i need to seek medical help. They didn’t give me any compensation or even solution. They didn’t want to refund the money instead offered me to move to cove in other areas which has higher rate. During my stay in cove my room never be cleaned not even once. As it is one of the service they provide. I finally ended my rent and told them on 5th August (while my rent end at 31st August), on 18th August I reminded them and finally they gave form to be filled and charged me extra 2 days. Because they told me I should filled the form maximum 14 days before leaving. What a joke, unprofessional service, no solution, no compensation. Management team, shame of you. Pleas educate your team to have a proper thinking to provide solution or even the management itself, stop selling yourself with your promises that doesn’t exist. I rent at Cove - Setiabudi and Cove Central Salemba (Jakarta)
