Kareem send a wrong order
I had bad experience with reserve booking where I book 6 seater car ( big car ). Unfortunately when it’s arrive it’s just 4 seater .ive spoke to driver why the car only for 4 seater meanwhile the one that I’ve book was 6 seaters. The car was Nissan trail. The driver said his car is only for 4 seater and said that application was wrong. Because of that I had to left my 2 other friends to book another taxi.
I’ve discussed with the Kareem chats said that this car should be for 6 seater. Anyway, this is the first time I use Kareem and I think I will back to Uber since Uber has better services compare with Kareem. For Kareem, I’m really sorry have to create this comment, I wish you will improve your services.
