Mostly OK but needs immediate fix

The app generally works well but has major bugs. Multi page PDF tickets can’t be uploaded as each page is recognized as a ticket and since it doesn’t have a barcode it won’t let me upload.

Multi event tickets can’t be sold either as it recognizes the barcode as invalid.

If show cancelled then you lost

When your show get cancelled the seller only gives back (if they do) the original ticket’s price and not the profit. Also ticketswap kerps their fee, no matter what. Even when there is zero value added they don’t care - you get nothing.
Customer service is also poor. Better to say non-existing as they just open a channel for the seller and the buyer and you can play the match there. They don’t negotiate or drive it. Again, you are on your own and they are not interested to give you back their profit.
Even breaking stone is more honest than this app and the team behind it. Stay away as they will get your money and won’t give back.

Horrible customer treating

You can hardly get an answer, when they sell the ticket that you have already deleted from the listing and one of they colleague made a mistake. All they can write is a copy paste reply that the sales is not reversable. How can a service like this has no 24/7 customer support when the time and people’s feeling is so important here?! Ruined 5 people’s night for the commission. No personal touch, they answer when they want with a robot or even the humans with an auto reply. They dont care, just get the huge commission. Awful and sad.
