Who in their right mind updates an app in half term when parents can’t contact their school to sort out log in issues and we can’t access our data in the old app?!? I save my passwords in a secure way so I don’t have to try to remember multiple passwords…. it will not recognise anything and so completely negates the need to be organised and book lunch options/breakfast clubs etc for my child before the start of the new term. It will be chaos on Monday and the staff will have to try and deal with it when they should be concentrating on their own roles!! Bloody ridiculous! 🤦🏻‍♀️

New to the app and first impressions are not good, having to search for and then deal with two separate accounts for my children although they are merged. I would like to see both children listed under the school banner and then a simple landing page which allows me to see current balance and then a single button to top up. Alerts as notifications when balances drop below a preset amount would be really useful. There is so much that could and should be done to make this better.

Firstly why have you still got the old version of the app as well as the new version available on the App Store? I have been unable to use the new version. It won’t allow me use my password from my password safe so I ended up entering it manually and nothing happens. I don’t get a message or any kind of hint of the problem. I also tried deleting the app and re-downloading it but I still have the same problems. Rubbish. Thankfully was able to use the website to make the payment I needed to.
