Unibet - Live Sports Betting 17+

Relatively new to betting although definitely a massive footy fan! Downloaded the app last season for one of the promos they had on offer, and had no major issues with it so far.

I follow some foreign leagues and I’m happy with the markets on offer and also being able to stream league games like la liga and some tennis games, even if I’m less into tennis; it’s still free live sport though! Love the fingerprint login feature...especially after I have lost access to other websites in the past (and who hasn’t forgotten a password before!)

The app works well and has never crashed on me so far, so I’d say it’s pretty reliable. But I wouldn’t complain if it was a bit faster. There’s cashout which is a relief as I tend to go for long shots so a crazy start to the game tends to make my day

Other than that, it’s good to be able to use the same account for other betting games, even tho I’m not a big casino fan. I guess I’m more interested in non-sports betting like politics and other left-field stuff, so I’d love it if they could expand their markets there, especially some goofy ones...like Trump being impeached etc

Never mind the mediocre app design; the people running this bookie are utter cowboys. I tend to only punt big events like the big horse races and things like CL Final, World Cup, derbies, etc, but I like a Yankee here and there too. I don’t bet every week but when I do I like to do the odd offer here and there…I mean that’s what it’s there for right? Tesco isn’t going to kick me out if I decide I want to take advantage of some of their offers so not sure why bookies bother.

It’s not actually the fact that they took the offers away. It’s the timing. 3 hours before Cheltenham Festival starts, I think, “Right, I’m going to put a few punts on this week” and also do a couple of the good offers like the 15ToGo. However, UniBet conveniently decided to do an account review right before Cheltenham (even though I had £70 in my account) and banned me from any offers. This also happened to my mate and my cousin as well so it was clearly a spiteful little business move they implemented that morning to prevent savvy customers from using the offers.

I must admit I was annoyed at first… but it makes no difference to me in hindsight since it’s a competitive market and UniBet is a tiny fish in a huge pond so I just opened an account with B365 on Tuesday instead and I’m already loving it. Even from a UI perspective, they’re miles ahead of UniBet and the app appears to have at least been developed by competent developers! 😂

You never receive your withdrawal! Use any other site!

Firstly, the site is very awkward to use, buts that’s hardly even close to being the worst part. I signed up based on the promotions offered and have been using betting sites for a number of years so thought “why not give them a go”. I never received any promotion as stated, which is a minor disappointment, however upon winning nearly £1000 I decided to withdraw. The scam artists decide that in order to withdraw I have to submit a bunch of documents (passports, proof of address etc, the usual on betting sites). I submitted all as I have done on every site I’ve used and to my surprise my passport got rejected. I have then spent most days on live chat to be spoken to rudely and never given any assistance. I have had to resubmit scans and photos of my passport and every time it gets rejected. Of course they tell me I cannot receive my withdrawal until then. Still not received any money from them and still being spoken to awfully by the “customer service”. Avoid using this site when sites like Bet365 or Paddypower are around!
