Good But Could Be Excellent

This is almost just what I need. Good use of fonts and colour which make it easy to read when out and about. Good train departure detail. Not filled with extra stuff you rarely use. However, the info menu does not work, it crashes the phone. So I don't know if there are more settings in there and I can't find a way to contact the developer. What the app needs I believe is an option to have favourite stations rather than having to scroll through them all or use the list of near by stations. I have spotted 2 Chalfont and Latimer stations listed, Queens Park station has no data and if when you tapped on a station shown on the map it took you to departures that would be useful. If the above are done I would use this as my default Tube app.

UPDATE. So now there are adverts - great. Please provide an option to get rid of them by paying for APP. Despite update there is still no departure data for Queens Park. There are still two entries for Chalfont & Latimer. There is no facility to add a station as a favourite. Otherwise good

Developer Response ,

Info has been fixed, ads have been redesigned, you can now remove adverts from the info page! Favourites will be done in a version coming soon.

Good features but unacceptable because privacy settings ignored

Could be the best tube app in the store, but when you set legitimate interest privacy settings to OFF, that is ignored.
Set to OFF, exit, back in and they have changed back to ON.
App deleted. The TfL Go app does everything I need and respects my settings.
I emailed the developer more than a month ago to notify them of this ‘bug’, but despite app updates, the bug is still there.
I understand you need to make money by pushing ads, but why have an option to switch things off if you ignore it?

Developer Response ,

Thank you for your feedback.

The bug has been fixed in version 2.0.1 which should be available as of 1/9/21.

Great app, but could be improved

The only reason I don't give this five stars is the default view and lack of options. I'd prefer it if it defaulted to (or had the option to set) 'Nearby Stations' as this is far more useful to me than the full list. Ideally, based on my location and time of day (via extra options), it would just open at the nearest station and show the relevant tube times to get me to work and back home. Showing approximate walking time as well as distance to the stations could be useful. Nothing fancy just a rough calculation like 20 mins per mile. I guess you could add a walking speed to improve accuracy but that's probably too much effort. Really useful app though. Keep up the good work.

Developer Response ,

The favourites will be added in the next updated. Will also add walking time. Will look into the automatic station opening based on time.
