Bus tracker and schedule are out of sync

The app says the bus has left, but the bus is actually a few mins late and because the departure schedule doesn’t track the actual busses I end up missing the bus regardless. This has happened on a few occasions. You can’t track a bus that has “departed” already so it’s even more difficult to know whether you have actually missed the bus or not

Hello - I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced this with the app. The live times that flash green should be counting down in real-time, and they should be very accurate as they update every 10 seconds. Have you also tried viewing the buses moving on the map? These also update every 10 seconds. Please let us know the details via email at hello@gonortheast.co.uk if you experience any further issues.

I hate the buses

Here’s why, so I got the bus to school on my own for the first time. You know where the bank is that heads towards mendip? I pressed the bell to get off at that stop right? And he didn’t stop. So obviously I just thought he was taking me to the path where the schools is bc sometimes the bus drivers do that right. And he went past that. I was confused and started panicking. The bus took me into Chester le street and that’s when I started crying. It dropped me off a bus stand in Chester and I was stuck in Chester for 20 minutes. I was at the bus stand on the floor having a panic attack because I didn’t have any change left to get on another bus so obviously I was just stuck there. Until this group of hermitage girls saw me. They came up to me and they were really nice. One of the girls said “what’s wrong?” So I told them what was wrong. Then one of the girls said “I’ll give you a pound so you can get on the next bus that takes you up to Newker” you should’ve seewn my face tho. Literally I thought they were gonna be mean but they gave me spare change to get on the bus. The driver who didn’t drop me off should get fired. I’m only in year 6, I’m only 10 and this could’ve been dangerous for me if I got kidnapped while in Chester or worse. one star review. The bus was 34 Waldridge Park.

App never works when you really need it .

The apps always having issues. Sometimes ot wont load. Sometimes it wont load busses tracking . Sometimes it wont load the bus stops or it wont load the timetable. And the worst one. Is it says a bus is due even when that bus is coming off the route. So it will say bus due in 25 mins . The bus will show up and they take the buss off the route and you have to wait another 30 mins . The app should know this is happening and not didplay the that the bus is due. Weather its gona show ip or not if we cant get on it dont ahow it as available ive missed atleast 10 busses that eould have gotten me home because of this stupid fycjing glitch
