With the BlendFit App, you can fulfil all your wellness needs in one place - from strength training to Barre, HIIT, Pilates, TRX, Flex and Mobility classes, Breathing and Meditation sessions and nutrition also included; there really is something for everyone. It's time to start moving with BlendFlit and together we move. The BlendFit method blends various disciplines into one class. Therefore, if you are ‘time poor’ you can effectively train your whole body and mind, enabling you to feel you have given focus to your whole self through a single session.

The BlendFit method was created to provide an eclectic approach to training and has been a work in progress over the last 15 years. The method incorporates Boxing techniques with Dance, Strength training with Pilates and Barre with HIIT. These dynamic combinations result in energetic and fun classes to get people strong, fit and feeling empowered whilst achieving results that you can actually feel and see.

A subscription is required to access all in-app classes, video content and chats. All subscriptions auto renew and include a 7-day free trial, cancel at any time.

Review of the app

I really like the app-I like the freedom of it. I also like the fact that you can interact - that is amazing.
There are two things I struggle with-Sometimes I don’t want the camera on-I don’t necessarily want to be seen-and my image takes up a lot of room on my screen-it would be good to be able to minimise my image.
The other thing is to do with the written content… you cannot scroll down, so a lot of Sarah's posts have the second half missing.

Mandatory for Me

I discovered SG BlendFit 5 years ago and still discovering new and wonderful stuff online that I can use in a short window or spend longer on myself. So intelligent and encouraging. Life changing x
