Description
Telia Prepaid Top-up Application allows you to check your prepaid balance and top it up.
The Top-up Application can be installed on all mobile phones having a domestic subscription. You can use the Telia Prepaid Top-up Application to top up Telia Prepaid, Prepaid Netti and Easy Prepaid cards.
With the iOS app and the Prepaid Family service included in it, you can:
- check your own or your family member’s prepaid balance and top-up history;
- top up balance, surf time and Prepaid packages to Telia Prepaid cards;
- activate automated top-up for your own or your family member’s prepaid card;
- pay for the top-up easily and securely with Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards;

Ongelma puhelimen täyttämisessä
Jonkin aikaa on mahdotonta lisätä puhelinta (prepaid telia). 2 vuotta sitten kaikki voitiin tehdä sovellusten kautta, nyt on ongelmia. Miksi?

Hei! Yritätkö siis lisätä sovellukseen jotakin prepaid-numeroa, vai mitä tarkemmin ottaen yrität tehdä? Saatko siinä jotakin herjaa, vai miten toimimattomuus ilmenee? Oletko yrittänyt ladata sovellusta uudelleen? //Sanna
Todella luokaton tekele
Hienoa kun tulee lataamaan mökin prepaidiin lisää data-aikaa, niin huomata että sovellus on päättänyt potkaista pihalle.
Siinä sitten kun kaivelee ensin esiin, että mikähän se siellä yli 300km päässä olevan liittymän numero on. Sitten kun vihdoin pääsee sisään sovellukseen, saa huomata että ohjelma on päättänyt hävittää maksukortin tiedot. Ja koska maksutavoissa ei ole mitään nykypäiväisiä tapoja, vaan kankeasti lisättävä maksukortti. Niin voipi olla että lentää liittymä roskiin.

Perhe-palvelu ei toimi
Prepaid-liittymästä lähetetty tekstiviesti ohjeen mukaan, mutta sovellus valittaa edelleen, että viesti pitäisi lähettää ennen kuin liittymän tiedot näkyvät.
