Not impressed with their billing and service

Tried to cancel when I was in trial then got billed for the year. Later on a renewal notice came and we canceled again, until I was billed again. After contacting support I was told there were two accounts registered under the same email address and then was begrudgingly offered a refund. They didn’t even consider refunding the first year. Buyer beware.

As explained, business practice will not allow refunds for a previous year. We offered the refund without issue and all is well with your account. Additionally, the issue originated when we could not find the account since it was under an email address that did not have your name attached to it, and you had two accounts. Safe and happy travels.
