This is intended to be an instrument of compliance designed to walk you through the steps you need to follow in case of such an activity.
The White Collar application is comprised of a summary of the necessary information before, during and after an unannounced activity, including key information about your rights and obligations, as well as rules of conduct in order to minimize disturbances in the activity of the company and protect the company and your legal position. You will find these instructions in the relevant sections of the Application.
