Instead of writing down all of your successful workouts, you can create, delete and track all you workouts in one spot, this app.

How This Works:
Building a Workout starts you on your Fitness Journey. This allows you to choose between a variety of exercises, starting points, how many exercises to do daily and, if tracking, how many days you want to track a particular workout.

If you want to Track your Workouts, your best option is to create an account by just supplying a valid email address or Signing in with Apple. With this option, you get to track every workout you create and it is endless. If you want to remove a workout, you can delete them by selecting the workout and pressing the 'trash can' icon to the right of the Workout. To create more workouts, you can just click on the '+' icon on the top right on the Workouts screen. You can also view the 'Instructions' screen for all instructions.

Yolo Fitness app will give the following perks:
- Tracking of all workouts
- Creation of as many accounts you want
- Light or Dark Mode
- Notification Mode: set up a reminder to perform your workout
- All the workouts and options are included in this NEW version of the app.
