Ich kann seit dem alles aufschrieben und versuche daran zu arbeiten aufzuhören aber schaffe es leider nicht

I love this app so much. It has a daily track where you can write down your notes, feelings, concerns and the difficulty of your day. The app also gives you analytics of the difficulty of your day and of your emotions. It also has a message for you everyday and makes you pledge to not harm yourself and that you will try. And the best for last it tracks how long you have been harm free for. I literally do not have a single complaint about this app only praise. For people worried that somebody will open this app without your knowledge can also rest assured because you can lock it with a passcode and also everytime you enter the app it says “take a deep breath” which helps to (in my opinion) relax. If there is anyone out there wanting to try this app out I can only say one thing, do it.

Used to be a good app, but I haven't been able to open it for a few weeks. It always shows a screen with the message 'take a deep breath' and then I'm thrown out of the app.
Update: Problems have been resolved. It works like a charm now. :)
