přeplacení lístků
V aplikaci jsem zakoupil 2 lístky na festival RFP ale přišel mi jen 1 a nějaké parkování. Když jsem psal na support tak jsem dostal informace že musím prodat jen samotné parkování a až potom mi mohou vrátit přeplacené peníze za lístek, který jsem ani neobdržel…😐
Push notifications are useless
Push notifications are delivered with a huge delay making buying tickets for high demand event quite a lottery. Moreover notifications are sent not to all people. Many times it happened that I have received the notification but my friend didn’t. Why won’t you just implement web sockets and refresh an event page once there’s a ticket available? Instead of banning people for multiple hours for refreshing event page too much?
SCAM
0* for this app. FAKE TICKETS, SCAM!!!! I bought ticket and they did not let me in to the arena for the concert bcs my ticket was already used by someone else. Seller said he didn’t give the ticket to anybody else, ticketswap is not able to help at all if you do not have any evidence. Ok, how should i get evidence if they send you away from the gate to the police where there planty of people with the same issue. THIS APP NEVER AGAIN.
