Sudoku.com - Number Games 4+

I am a person who is playing the game almost every day at least 2 hours. However , unfortunately , after latest version I am looking for other sudoku games in Apple Store. Please revert it back. At least as an option for people who prefer it.

( Probably first time I am writing a comment to any application , just imagine how the version is ugly and how I want to see previous version again:) )

The game is quite fine, but when you’re playing on expert settings and you’re trying to find that one critical number and you somehow can’t, you press the “hint” option and hint “notes in these cells are missing or filled in incorrectly” pops up...🤦‍♂️. Can you please make this particular hint optional in settings? It’s not a real hint for any sudoku player that is playing even on easy settings exclusively. I would give this app four stars if there wasn’t such a useless hint in game. Thank you for this app dear developers and please please make that hint optional🙏

Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. Smart hints help to learn the strategy and techniques for solving puzzles. They have a few strategies, so they are not always perfect. Also, you can switch to simple hints, which allow you to select a cell and get the number that matches the final solution of the puzzle. For this, open the app, tap the "Gear" icon in the upper right corner, select Settings, and disable "Smart Hints." Please contact us via the "Help" section in the app if you have any questions.

I understand you need the ads, I understand having ads before the game, okay.. I understand putting ads at the end too. But during the game? And not just once? Sometimes when you finish one number, and sometimes for no reason at all, based on how far you have progressed in the sudoku. Its somewhat bearable when I am trying to solve the hard difficulty because it takes me like 15 minutes but I rarely need more than 4 minutes for the easy ones. Now imagine how many ads I have to watch during those 4 minutes?! It feels like infinity, except there is no Thanos. Please, decrease the amount of ads. This is ridiculous.

Hi! We sincerely regret to hear about your negative feedback with our application. We understand how annoying that is to have mid-game ads. There is an option to purchase an ad-free version in the Settings of the app. Please note, an ad may be skipped after 5 seconds from the beginning: just tap the cross-shaped (“X”) button, which can be located in the right upper/lower or left upper/lower corner. Also, note that some ads have fast forward button instead of “X”, which also skips the ad. We will improve our performance in the future, and the ads will be removed from the middle of the game.
