Coupons and app
Hi team,
Unfortunately I am very sad as I have not he app since I was in Austria 4 years ago. All was fine. Coupons. App was nice. But now in the app in Czechia it does not work (yes I did download actual version) and it says “Oops, something wrong”. So yes I am receiving all updates like new menus and coupons and sales. But when clicking on the app or the action. Nothing happens. As always only “Oops, something wrong”. And yes. I did restart mobile. Restart Wi-Fi connection or 4G/5G connection. Cleared app and reinstalled. Nothing changed. Really? So many branches and famous brand and no care of customers on only 1 app?
Experience
Customer service at 0, we ordered food waiting for it 2 hours, in the end we canceled money will come back to us from 14-20days. Next day we ordered again, the McDonald’s knew very good that we are same people, they did not even say sorry for this experience or give us anything in advance.
The application is not available in all countries
I'm from the Czech Republic, but I often travel around the world. Your app works fine in all EU countries. The problem always comes when I want to change the environment to the US. It tells me that I have to download another McD app, but the other new one is not available in my country 🤦♀️
