Missing widgets

I used to use the Stocard app, where I could use loyalty cards in widget. Because of migration to the Klarna app, I am missing this feature. Are you planning to add this feature?

The forced move from Stocard to Klarna is a significant downgrade

After multiple attempts to move my loyalty cards from the Stocard app to the Klarna app that failed due to a “technical error” which kept popping up, I FINALLY successfully transferred them to Klarna. Seems like I was luckier than some of my relatives whose Stocard app would not respond any longer (before the app was supposed to shut down), therefore they were unable to access the cards, which wouldn’t be a big issue if the transfer link worked for them, but it did not and they ended up losing all their loyalty cards for good. That does not leave a good fist impression with a user of an app.
My biggest issue is the fact that Klarna has no widget feature as the Stocard app that would allow for an easy access to the cards from the Home Screen. I hope this feature will be added in a foreseeable future. This new upgrade is in fact a downgrade that seems to be purely illogical from the perspective of the user.
Additionally, I do not understand the need to merge the two apps as now I am forced to be part of the Klarna app that I have no intention to be using for purposes other than to access my loyalty cards.

I dont recommend it

I wanted to try Klarna because its concept sounds great. Within a few minutes, I can split the payment into three installments. I chose a product worth 37,999 CZK. The account creation process went relatively smoothly and quickly. However, in the end, it was not three equal installments, as the first installment was 21,750 CZK. Klarna blocked 21,750 CZK on my account, which meant I couldn't use that money from June 22nd.

Moreover, on July 3rd, instead of taking the blocked money, Klarna made another withdrawal of 21,750 CZK, which meant I was without 43,500 CZK for four days. Klarna's support is at a very low level. When I tried to resolve the situation, I first communicated with an ineffective chatbot that didn't help. After lengthy persuasion, a person joined the chat who was also unable to solve my problem and release the blocked money.

I can imagine a situation where someone is managing their money very tightly, and Klarna could bring their account balance to zero. I would definitely not recommend this service.
