This app is just a piece of ….
…something. “Sorry your parcel will be delivered 2 months later than original expected date”. “The only thing you can do is to wait and only after you can cancel your order and get the money back”. How is such a level of service and delivery is even possible? What the delivery should be to deliver for 2 MONTH in 2024?! When DHL can delivery everything in just a few days. I would understand extra 2 weeks. But 2 more MONTHS? Really? I dont need my order in 2 month. I needed it now. And i even can’s request my money back. Only wa8 for 2 more months in addition to 2 weeks ive been waiting already. Seriously? This app and its service is a joke… a piece of…you know what. Super frustrating experience. Will never use it again and will never recommend to anybody else. Just awful.

The international shipping may indeed take some time due to various unexpected logistics issues. That is why each of your orders is protected by the non-delivery warranty so that you can get your money back. The warranty period is calculated based on the average delivery times to your area, with the intention to not allow your order to be cancelled too early at the same time.
Russian
After new upgate changed all app in azbuka, and no one knows how to change language. I can badly read it but could not find change language at all. Support till now didnt help.. So i am waitting cause now its usefull, may for russian good, but for others not..
Its good app, like wish but better cause you never pay for shipping.
I liked it so much till new upgrade which made it hard to understand..
