Génial

Génial pour faire des vidéos étranges

No videos after error but credits gone

After rendering finished I get messages that an error occurred. The credits for the Gen3 videos are gone but I get no video. Please give me my credits back the service is expensive and I payed for no result. Annoying. Also trying to send support emails I the app ends in “an error occurred” message. Not really professional.
