Terrible service!
We make an order after a difficult flight for our family (with small kids). The App show the 50 min for delivery. We payed. After that we relax and start to wait. The delivery time getting bigger at first for 10-15 min. Than at 30 min more. And after that , when we understand that something is going wrong we text for support. They say we re sorry, but you need just to wait, than we saw that cafe where we ordered food was closed pass the time our delivery. We start to text to support, and what??? They cancelled our order and say - we re sorry. Now everything is closed, nothing is working. Our kids crying, and we don’t know what to do. It’s terrible service! If we saw before the order that they can’t deliver our order, we will take a taxi for the cafe…. Terrible … terrible…. Don’t recommend!!!! All five stars is payed reviews.
Carefully! This is an app of scammers and thieves!
1. used their application for several months and accidentally found out that not a single refund was received by the bank! They steal money - if there was no product in the store, then this price is not returned to your account, you pay as if it was brought to you! 2. in stores they write one information in English, and another in Georgian, and when buying, they do not return anything to you - because everything is written in Georgian correctly! They sell you a bad product, and then they say that you bought it yourself!
