Hey there, this sound like you are using graphics settings that are too high for your device to handle properly. Thus the laags and the force closing. Which device and graphics settings are you using? Please be advised that using anything but the default graphic settings will negatively impact performance and may lead to crashes. For the seahorse issue, this is intentional and also was like this in the console versions, because there is really no need to move the camera while riding on these "race tracks".
