У меня все прошло гладко, дали скидку на первую покупку билетов. Но, внимательно читайте соглашение, если ваш рейс отменят, то без дополнительной страховки (которую они продают за дополнительную денежку) деньги будет вернуть очень сложно. И вернут скорее всего не на карту, а кошелек внутри приложения. Поэтому, просто оценивайте риски или покупайте билеты напрямую у авиаперевозчика. У меня все прошло на 10 из 10.

I can’t get my refund since summer 2020!!!
If I could I would put zero stars! Stay away from this service. They took twice money for my tickets and I didn’t get my full refund till now. It’s November 2022!!! Somebody, please help to get my money back!! And don’t use kiwi.
