Disappointed

Paid for Premium (>3€) because i wanted the app to transcribe an audio file (as advertised in the premium priviledges). My file never imported in the app. Tried with a smaller file, didnt work either. I uninstalled the app and cancelled my subscription of course. Works well for live vocal transcription though, but that’s not what I wanted the app to do nor what I paid for.
